What is the ruling on the money I receive from selling my share of the engineering blueprints allocated to me by the Engineers' Syndicate, given that I give them to another engineer to study, then I sign them and submit them to the Syndicate, and I take the fee and then give him a percentage of it? Is it permissible for me to keep the remaining money? If it is not permissible, how do I dispose of the illicit money?

You are permitted to accept the work and assign another person to perform it at a lower price, benefiting from the difference, provided two conditions are met: adherence to the hirer's stipulations regarding the quality of the work, and that the hirer has not stipulated that the original contracted worker must perform the work himself.
