Am I at fault for praying Asr alone at home after missing the congregational prayer due to transportation, or must I pray in the bus despite the difficulty?

The time for 'Asr prayer ends at sunset, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever catches one unit (rak'ah) of 'Asr prayer before the sun sets, he has caught the 'Asr prayer." The sun does not set in Kuwait at 3:30, so the questioner can pray 'Asr upon reaching home, even if he misses the congregational prayer. It is not permissible for him to pray in the car.
