How can one perform the Asr prayer when traveling a distance of 230 km, knowing that the bus does not stop until after the Maghrib prayer and it is not possible to perform the prayer inside it?

If the journey is very difficult outside of Dhuhr time, and there is no bus available except at this time, then it is permissible to combine the prayers by performing Asr with Dhuhr (Jam' Taqdeem). This is a view held by some scholars. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah reported that Imam Ahmad's madhhab is the broadest regarding combining prayers due to hardship and occupation. Among those who permitted combining prayers generally due to need, provided it is not made a habit, are Ibn Sirin, Rabia, Ashhab, Ibn al-Mundhir, and al-Qaffal al-Kabir.
