Did the verse of Hijab descend after Omar ibn al-Khattab's suggestion to the Prophet, upon him be peace, to cover the faces of the Mothers of the Believers, because he said: "O Messenger of Allah, the righteous and the wicked enter upon you"?

Allah revealed the verse of Hijab after Umar ibn al-Khattab said to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Both righteous and wicked people enter upon you, so if only you would command the Mothers of the Believers to observe Hijab." Umar mentioned that he concurred with Allah on three matters, among them his saying to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to take the Station of Ibrahim as a place of prayer, his saying to command the Mothers of the Believers to observe Hijab, and his admonishment of some of the Prophet's wives.
