How can the 12 cycles (rak'ahs) of the regular Sunnah prayers be distributed throughout the day (before or after each prayer)?

Whoever prays twelve supererogatory rak'ahs during the day, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise. These rak'ahs are: four before Dhuhr, two after it, two after Maghrib, two after Isha, and two before Fajr.
