What is the ruling on using Botox in cosmetic surgery and silicone breast implants?

There is no objection to breast implantation for someone who has had a mastectomy, because it falls under the category of removing a defect and restoring something to the way Allah Almighty created it. This is supported by the hadith of Arfajah ibn As'ad (may Allah be pleased with him). Similarly, the use of Botox is permissible if it is free from harm, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm."
