If a woman claims her husband divorced her, and the husband denies it, then his word is to be accepted unless the woman has clear evidence supporting her claim. If a husband divorces his wife with a triple divorce, and this is confirmed by the testimony of two just witnesses, then she must refrain from allowing him to have intercourse with her, and she must flee from him, because she has become a stranger to him.
