ما حكم العمل في مستشفى بأمريكا إذا تعارض مع أداء صلاة الجمعة؟

It is permissible to be absent from the Friday prayer in cases of necessity, such as a doctor working in emergencies and admitting critical cases if no alternative is available, in which case the Dhuhr prayer is performed. However, if remaining is not necessary due to the presence of someone else who can perform the work, then there is no excuse for abandoning the Friday prayer.
