What is the ruling on one who eats or drinks in the presence of someone who works for a cigarette and tobacco company?

It has been previously clarified that smoking is forbidden (haram), and similarly, working in a cigarette factory is not permissible, because it falls under aiding in sin and aggression. Moreover, money earned from forbidden sources, such as selling tobacco or working in its production, is also forbidden. If all of a person's money is acquired from forbidden sources, then it is not permissible to eat or drink from it. However, if a person has lawful money mixed with unlawful money, then it is permissible to eat from their wealth, though it is disliked (makruh).
