Is it permissible for a shop owner to prevent suppliers from photographing their goods unless money is paid?

There is no objection for a merchant to prevent suppliers from selling their goods to others if he has an exclusive agency that grants him this sole right, provided that he compensates them for this right and that they do not sell to anyone else in his region.
