Is an unintentional ongoing sin recorded if someone takes songs stored on a mobile device without the owner's knowledge?

It is not permissible to listen to unlawful singing or to keep it on one's phone. If someone stores songs on their phone and another person takes them without their knowledge, the owner of the phone is sinful because they were the cause of facilitating this evil and its very existence. They must immediately repent to Allah from this evil and hasten to delete those songs. If they repent with sincere repentance, they will not be held accountable for the songs that spread from what they had kept.
