Is it permissible for a husband to emigrate with his two children to Britain, despite his wife's refusal to leave Malta and her desire to remain with her family and work, due to his fear for his religion from temptations and the availability of a better Islamic environment in Britain?

Traveling far away from one's wife and children is Islamically permissible if the husband fulfills their financial rights, treats them with kindness, and oversees the upbringing of the children, while ensuring continuous communication. However, it is advisable not to travel except with one's family and children, out of fear that they might become lost and that the bond between them and their father might weaken. For the husband is a shepherd and responsible for his flock, and leaving them exposes them to temptations and weakens the paternal relationship, especially if the new environment is in Western countries which are not free from temptations. Therefore, one should be patient in caring for the family and supplicate to Allah to guide the wife to the best choice.
