What is the solution for the wife who became depressed after immigrating from Europe to Morocco, and refuses to stay there or return alone with the children, while the husband is determined to stay to achieve the goal of immigrating for the sake of Allah?

Emigration from lands of disbelief varies according to the individual's situation and ability to openly practice their religion. It is obligatory for those who are unable to openly practice their religion and are capable of emigrating. It is recommended for those who are able to openly practice their religion. And those who are unable to emigrate are excused. Ibn Qudamah, may Allah have mercy on him, explained that people regarding emigration fall into three categories: those for whom it is obligatory, those for whom there is no emigration, and those for whom it is recommended. Therefore, if you are able to openly practice your religion in the European country and preserve the religion of your children, then emigration is not obligatory upon you. However, moving to a Muslim country is better and safer for you and your children, and you should not let your children and wife return to Europe without you.
