What is the ruling on women working in Islam, and the ruling on one who did not fast the Ramadan debts for three years out of ignorance, and what are the consequences for one who left fasting her debts until a new Ramadan begins?

Work that is suitable for a woman's natural disposition and physical particularities is permissible, provided that temptation is avoided and Shariah rulings are observed. Whoever has not made up the fasts of Ramadan until another Ramadan has begun, must make up the delayed days for all the years, repent for the sin of delaying if she was aware of its impermissibility, and feed a poor person for each day she delayed if she was aware of the impermissibility of delaying. However, if she was not aware of the impermissibility of delaying, then there is no expiation upon her.
