If one of a man's wives suckles someone, that person becomes a brother to all of the man's children through suckling. If the questioner's father was suckled by the girl's father's wife while she was still his wife, then the questioner's father becomes a brother to the girl through suckling, and the girl becomes the questioner's paternal aunt through suckling, and it is not permissible for him to marry her. However, if the wife suckled him while she was married to another man, then he is not the girl's brother, and it is permissible to marry her.
