The actions taken by the teachers, involving cheating and deception, are prohibited, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives us is not of us." They must repent.

As for the money: if they are qualified for the job, the money is lawful. However, if they did not perform the work as required, the money is not lawful for them, and they must clarify the matter to the officials.

If they obtained the position while someone else was more deserving, they have infringed upon the rights of others and must seek forgiveness.

As for the questioner: he must inform the relevant authority if the teachers are unqualified in a way that compromises the work. It is preferable to present the fatwa to them and invite them to do so themselves.
