The money saved by the deceased wife presents two possibilities:

Second: The wife might have saved this money from the monthly allowance her family used to give to her and her husband. This money would then be the husband's right to spend on his treatment and expenses.

If it is highly probable that the first possibility is not applicable, then the second possibility should be acted upon.
