What should the spouses do regarding the current pregnancy, taking into account that the wife is exhausted and pregnant after an operation, and they have twin children who are not more than a year and a half old?

The fatwa we adopt prohibits abortion absolutely. There are scholars who permit abortion for a [perceived] benefit, as long as the soul has not been breathed into [the fetus]. We advise consulting trustworthy doctors and adhering to their advice, striving for patience, while keeping in mind that this is a provision from Allah Almighty, in which there may be good, and seeking assistance from Allah and relying upon Him.
