You can acquire knowledge and correct your recitation of the Quran by listening to beneficial tapes of scholars, preachers, and Quran reciters, which are available on many websites. If the situation in your country prevents this, then you must emigrate from it, provided you have the ability, for Allah, the Almighty, says: {Indeed, those whom the angels take [in death] while having wronged themselves - the angels will say, "In what [condition] were you?" They will say, "We were oppressed in the land." The angels will say, "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" Such as these, their refuge is Hell - and an evil destination.} [An-Nisa: 97]. However, one who is truly oppressed and unable to emigrate due to weakness or young age is excused, whether male or female, such that they fear perishing. This is what the verse explicitly states: {Except for the oppressed among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan nor are they directed to a way.} [An-Nisa: 98].
