What is the most suitable medical specialization for a student who aspires to perform a fard kifayah (communal obligation) like surgery, but fears falling into forbidden acts such as uncovering awrah (private parts) and unlawful mixing (of genders), as well as certain medical practices whose permissibility is debated in Islamic law, and the difficulty of maintaining prayers on time, knowing that he cannot change the situation for four years until he becomes a decision-maker?

It is not permissible to expose one's 'awrah (private parts) except out of necessity or a legitimate religious need, such as medical treatment. Public interest may necessitate that righteous people work in these fields. A Muslim who is afflicted with such a situation must fear Allah, expose as little as possible, and denounce evil to the best of their ability. Congregational prayer is obligatory according to the stronger opinion, and one must be diligent in observing it unless there is a legitimate religious excuse that permits abstaining from it, while still ensuring the prayer is performed within its prescribed time.
