What is the evidence that refutes the claim of distortion of the Holy Quran during its compilation in the era of Uthman ibn Affan, may Allah be pleased with him?

Christians resort to slandering the Quran to erode trust in it and divert attention from the distortion of their own book, which their scholars have acknowledged contains thousands of errors. In contrast, Allah has guaranteed the preservation of the Quran, as it has been transmitted generation after generation through continuous, widespread attestation (tawatur). It was compiled during the eras of Abu Bakr and Uthman according to a precise methodology: relying on the scriptures written during the time of the Prophet—peace and blessings be upon him—and requiring the corroboration of at least two companions who had memorized it.
