There is no harm in withdrawing money earned from uploading files if the files are permissible, and it is allowed to benefit from it. However, if the files are forbidden, then the earnings are forbidden and must be disposed of by spending them on the welfare of Muslims or by giving them to the poor and needy, and not leaving them with the bank.
