How does a young man get rid of the feeling of desiring marriage when he sees girls, while he is unable to marry? Is this feeling stemming from an empty heart, devoid of the love of Allah? And how does he get rid of the idea of loving a wife more than loving Allah?

God has instilled in man the instinct to incline towards women, and this is a natural matter that prompts consideration of marriage to satisfy this instinct. It is not permissible to intentionally look at a woman, but a sudden glance is not blameworthy if one averts their gaze thereafter. A man's love for his wife does not mean prioritizing it over the love of Allah, Glorified be He. The love of Allah, His Messenger, and striving in His cause must be prioritized over all other loves. Whoever experiences such thoughts should seek refuge in Allah from Satan, direct their efforts towards what benefits them, strive for marriage, and if unable, then they must be patient and chaste, and fast, for it is a shield.
