What is the way to get rid of the شبهات (misconceptions/doubts) and internal questions that raise doubts about the verses and hadiths and God's creations, making me feel as if I am debating an atheist within myself, and how can I regain the certainty and faith I once had, especially with the recurrence of these doubts with every reading or contemplation, such as comparing the precision of divine creation with human inventions?
What increases the suffering of the one afflicted with waswasah (obsessive whispering) is their failure to acknowledge it as waswasah and their inability to differentiate it from doubt (shakk). The cure for waswasah has been mentioned in previous fatwas. As for genuine misconceptions (shubuhat), they are addressed by seeking knowledge and asking scholars. Human inventions are a proof of the Creator's power and the perfection of His knowledge, for human capability is derived from Allah. Human inventions cannot be compared to Allah's creation in terms of power, efficiency, permanence, and benefit. For instance, an artificial heart cannot be compared to a human heart in terms of efficiency and longevity.
