What is the waiting period for a second wife who was divorced under the assumption that she was pure, but then it became clear that she had not yet menstruated after childbirth, and is not pregnant?

A husband's abstention from visiting his second wife at night is not permissible except with her consent. If a husband issues a divorce during a period of purity in which intercourse occurred, it is an innovated divorce (طلاق بدعي) and is effective according to the consensus of the majority of scholars. The waiting period (iddah) for a divorced woman is three menstrual cycles if she menstruates, or three months if she does not menstruate or is post-menopausal.
