Are fasting, prayer, and reading the Qur’an permissible if a woman bathes after the sixth day of her menstruation and sees the yellow discharge she normally sees outside of her menstrual period, knowing that she does not see the white discharge indicating purity? Must she wait 10 days? What is the ruling on intercourse during this period? And must she perform ablution for every prayer if the yellow discharge is constant and continuous?

The default rule is that yellowness connected to menstruation is considered menstruation. If it persists, your ruling is that of a woman with istihada (prolonged non-menstrual bleeding). You should wait for the duration of your usual period, then perform ghusl (ritual bath) and wudu (ablution) for each prayer, or act according by discerning; if the menstrual blood stops but the yellowness remains, you should perform ghusl and wudu for each prayer after its time has entered. Your fasting is valid, and sexual intercourse is permissible after performing ghusl from menstruation. Your wudu for each prayer is obligatory according to the majority of scholars; you should perform wudu for each obligatory prayer after its time has entered, and you may pray as many voluntary prayers as you wish with that wudu. There is no objection to touching the Mushaf (Qur'an) as long as the wudu has not been invalidated by another nullifier.
