Do you have to make up the fast for someone who intended to fast to make up for Ramadan but did not complete it?

If the questioner intended to fast and resolved to do so on the eve of the day she wished to fast, by saying, "It seems I will fast tomorrow," then her intention has been established, and she must complete her fast. She is not permitted to break it except out of necessity, due to the Almighty's saying: "{And do not invalidate your deeds}." She must make up that day, along with repentance.

However, if she was hesitant in her intention, or intended to fast before the eve of that day began, then her intention has not been established, and there is no blame upon her for breaking her fast.
