It is not a condition to see the land being purchased if its parts are specified or if it is described in a way that removes ambiguity and prevents dispute, as in the sale of plots based on a map that clarifies the area, boundaries, and location. It has been stated in the Mudawwana: "Whoever leases one hundred cubits of a specific land, it is permissible if they are equal [in quality], otherwise it is not permissible until its location is specified." And leasing is like selling in its rulings.
