Is the dark black, then light brown, bleeding that occurs after menstruation and its cessation with the the white discharge considered istihada (post-menstrual bleeding)?

If blood discharge exceeds 15 days, the woman is considered in a state of istihadah (prolonged non-menstrual bleeding). She abstains from prayer and fasting for the duration of her customary period. Then, she performs ghusl (ritual bath) and resumes prayer. If she does not have a customary period but can distinguish menstrual blood (by its black color, odor, or thickness), then the black blood is her menses, provided it is not less than one day and one night, nor more than 15 days. If she cannot distinguish, or if what she distinguishes is less than one day and one night or more than 15 days, she observes a period of 6 or 7 days, based on her female relatives' customary periods, and then performs ghusl.
