Is the livelihood and abode of the beggar unlawful due to his living in an old-rent apartment and leasing a shop with an old-rent contract to a person who sells clothes to immodestly dressed women?

The law that makes a lease contract perpetual is invalid according to Sharia, due to the unknown duration. It must be annulled, the property returned to its owner, and a fair market rent paid for the period of use. Likewise, it is not permissible to rent commercial premises to those who sell immodest clothing therein.
