Is it possible to take back one's wife after divorcing her three times, the first time with the intention of divorce after she provoked him and his mother, and the second occurred during a period of purity after he had touched her, knowing that the husband is taking medication for depression and tranquilizers?

If you divorce your wife with three pronouncements, and one of them occurred during a period of purity in which you had intercourse, then she becomes unlawful for you, Islamically, according to the majority of scholars. She does not become lawful for you again until she marries another husband willingly, and he consummates the marriage with her, and then divorces her. However, according to the view of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, this divorce does not take place, and you may take her back before her iddah (waiting period) ends. Taking antidepressant medication does not prevent the divorce from occurring, as long as you are aware of what you are saying and are acting voluntarily. But if you are unaware of what you are saying due to illness, then the divorce does not occur.
