Does Fatwa no. 188911 mean that repentance of the heart and prayer are sufficient to exit from ideological disbelief (kufr i'tiqadi), and does the ruling that a disbeliever embraces Islam merely by praying apply to one who believes in the obligation of prayer and performs it despite his disbelief?
