Is there sin on one who refuses to bury his relatives in "Al-Ainain" after their refusal to participate in them?

Burial in vaults (rooms prepared for placing the dead therein) is not permissible except out of necessity and need, such as limited space in the cemetery. If these rooms were not endowed but rather purchased, then the owner may prevent those who did not participate in their purchase from burying their dead therein.
