What is the ruling on money earned from the website (eyesfile), which gives 4 dollars for every thousand downloads, knowing that the site profits from Google AdSense ads that are not compliant with Sharia, and from selling "premium accounts" for downloading various files (some of which are permissible and halal, like what I upload)? And is the earning related to Google AdSense ads or the selling of "premium accounts" through file downloads?

If the files and work material are permissible, and the website's activity is legitimate and does not promote forbidden things, then there is no objection to cooperating with it and taking a wage. The fact that some of the website's money is acquired from forbidden transactions does not affect this, as it is permissible to deal with someone whose wealth is mixed.
