Is it permissible for a wife who is an anesthesiologist and emergency physician to touch a patient without gloves, and to joke with non-mahram men (including her cousins)?

If a woman needs to work as a doctor, especially in specialties such as anesthesiology and intensive care, it is permissible for her to do so, and it may even be obligatory if no one else is available, provided that she does not mix or seclude herself with men. She must not treat men or participate in their treatment except in cases of extreme necessity and when no male alternative is available. Furthermore, she must not speak in a soft, alluring manner to men, and jesting or laughing with non-mahram men is forbidden. She is not allowed to touch a man unless it is absolutely necessary, and gloves must be used if possible. As for a woman joking with her non-mahram male cousins (her paternal aunt's sons), that is reprehensible.
