What is the ruling on someone who forgot their divorce oath, or doesn't remember whether they broke it or not?

Whoever swears by divorce and doubts whether he has broken his oath, his breaking of the oath is not ruled upon; because the default is non-occurrence and absolution of responsibility, and certainty is not removed by doubt. Thus, the marital bond remains until the occurrence of divorce is certain.
