Does the husband's oath of divorce become an unfulfilled oath by the occurrence of a triple divorce for his wife if he said to her: "By an oath of divorce, I swear you will not extend your hand, and if you do, then you are divorced, divorced, divorced," and then he asked her to prepare a feast after a week?
The majority of scholars hold that swearing an oath by divorce results in divorce if the oath is broken. So, if you swore to divorce your wife if she participated in your banquet and she did participate, divorce occurs. A clear utterance is not bound by intention, and divorce is not repeated by merely uttering the phrase unless you intended its repetition.
As for the view of Ibn Taymiyyah, you are required to pay an expiation for breaking an oath if you did not intend divorce but rather a threat. The preponderant view is that of the majority of scholars. Based on this, you can take your wife back before the expiry of her ', provided this is not the third divorce.
