Is it permissible to hand over a child who was raised among Muslims and memorized the Qur’an and Sunnah to his disbelieving uncle, especially since his parents are deceased, and if he is handed over, he will return to the religion of disbelief and the worship of Satan?

If a discerning child embraces Islam, he is considered a Muslim by the majority of scholars. The Islam of a discerning child is valid independently because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, invited Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, when he was a boy, and he embraced Islam. This is also because every child is born upon fitra (natural disposition), and because Islam is a pure act of worship that is valid from a discerning child. Based on this, it is not permissible to hand over a Muslim child to non-Muslims for fear of them tempting him away from his religion and forcing him into apostasy.
