Is it permissible for a woman to combine prayers on Eid because she is adorned and it is difficult for her to perform ablution and re-arrange her adornment?

It is permissible to combine two prayers for five reasons: travel, illness, cold and rain that wets one's clothes, fear, and the gathering of pilgrims in Arafat and Muzdalifah. It is not permissible to combine prayers for the reason mentioned in the question. However, she can perform a "formal" combination by delaying the first of the two combined prayers (Dhuhr and Maghrib) to the end of its time, and performing the second (Asr and Isha) at the beginning of its time. This way, both prayers are performed within their respective times while appearing to be combined.
