She is not entitled to any maintenance after his death. Whatever maintenance she had not received before his death is forfeited upon his death, because maintenance becomes due incrementally, and he owns nothing after his death. Her iddah (definition) continues as it is and does not change into the iddah of a widow, because she is irrevocably divorced by the judge's ruling.
