What is the ruling on playing with the verses of the Qur’an and arranging their words intermittently in an educational program, for the purpose of forming the verse and pronouncing and arranging it correctly?

If students hear a verse, and then its words are presented to them in disarranged order, and they are asked to arrange them, this is not considered tampering with the Holy Quran. Rather, it is a permissible educational method, because the fundamental principle regarding means is permissibility unless there is evidence to prohibit them, as mentioned by Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah.
