What is the wisdom behind Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) not saying "Insha'Allah" (God willing) or "Bi'idhnillah" (by God's permission) after his statement "He will come seeing" in verse (93) of Surat Yusuf, despite this being considered a suspension of the matter upon God's will, as mentioned in other places in the Holy Quran?

God has guided His servants to the etiquette of expressing His will when speaking of future matters, as stated in His Almightyقول: (And never say of anything, “Indeed, I will do that tomorrow,” except [add] “If Allah wills”), for this entails veneration of God, and because all will belongs to God, and because mentioning it brings ease and blessing. Yusuf (peace be upon him) used this etiquette when entering Egypt, saying: (Enter Egypt, if Allah wills, in safety). As for his omission of "if Allah wills" in his statement: (Go with this shirt of mine and cast it over the face of my father; he will become seeing), that was because it was by revelation from God and not his own ijtihad, and God’s promise is true and does not fail, which shows that the whole matter is in God’s hands.
