Is an increase in the price of an Umrah trip in exchange for installments considered usury?

A Muslim is not obligated to borrow for Hajj or Umrah. It is permissible to borrow for those who have the ability to repay. There is no harm in paying for Hajj and Umrah group services in installments, or in increasing the price of the trip in exchange for installments. However, it is not permissible to stipulate giving charity in case of delayed installment payments.
