What is the ruling on daily ghusl due to seeing daily yellow discharge before urination, knowing that it comes out without desire and has no odor? And must semen touch clothing for one to perform ghusl from it? And must one make up the prayers that were performed without ghusl based on the conviction that those discharges were not semen?

Obsessive whispering (waswas) is one of the worst ailments. To get rid of it, one must completely ignore it and pay no attention to it, for Allah has promised success to whoever strives against their own self.

If you doubt the number of rak'ahs, build upon the greater number. If you doubt having recited Al-Fatihah, build upon the assumption that you did recite it. If you doubt having washed a limb during ablution, convince yourself that you have washed it. And if you doubt whether something necessitating ghusl (ritual bath) has exited from you, the original state is that nothing has exited unless you are certain.

The discharges you see are vaginal moisture. They are pure but nullify wudu'. If their discharge is continuous, perform wudu' for each prayer. If they cease during the prayer time, wait for them to stop, purify yourself, and pray. You do not need to make up any of these prayers.
