The wetness that comes out after urination has different scenarios:

If you are certain it is prostatic fluid (wadi): It is impure (najis), and it is sufficient to wash the area of impurity. 3. If you are in doubt whether it is semen or prostatic fluid: You have a choice. If you consider it semen, then perform ghusl and repeat the prayers. If you consider it prostatic fluid, then cleanse the impurity and perform ablution (wudu'). If you prayed with the impurity of prostatic fluid due to ignorance or forgetfulness, you do not have to repeat the prayers.
