Is it permissible for the creditor to use stratagem to recover his money from the denier or the procrastinator?

"Deceptive practices can be permissible or forbidden. Permissible deception includes allusions (ma'areedh) and ambiguity (tawriyah), and even lying if it is a means to achieve a truth without harming others. It is permissible for a person to deny someone a right if that person had previously denied them a right, but only to the extent of what is owed to them. Similarly, one may take the equivalent of their right from the wealth of their oppressor without their permission if they gain access to it, a concept known as 'the issue of gaining access to a right.' However, it is not permissible to take more than what is rightfully owed."
