What are the implications for someone from whom something was discharged, and he does not know whether it was manī (seminal fluid) or madhī (pre-seminal fluid), and he does not know whether it occurred after the Tawaf (circumambulation) or during the Sa'y (ritual walking between Safa and Marwah), given that he suffers from severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and cannot perform Umrah again soon? Is a sacrifice incumbent upon him, and what should he do if he is unable to offer a sacrifice?

If a person performs tawaf while ritually pure, and then doubts whether he became impure after the tawaf during the sa'y or before it, there is nothing upon him and his ritual is valid. This is because ritual purity from minor impurity (hadath) and ritual impurity (najis) is not a condition for the validity of sa'y; rather, it is sunnah (recommended). If he performed sa'y while impure (muhdith) or ritually unclean (najis), it would still be valid. This man is advised, if he suffers from obsessive doubts (waswas), to completely disregard these doubts and not pay any attention to them, because indulging in waswas brings evil. He should distract himself from every doubt and illusion and turn away from them.
