Is it permissible for divorced spouses to communicate by phone with the intention of reconciliation, and does a revocable divorce grant the ex-husband privileges in communicating with his divorced wife that are not given to a stranger, based on the Almighty's saying: "And their husbands have more right to take them back"?

Divorcing a wife before consummation is an irrevocable divorce, in which the husband does not have the right to take her back except with a new contract. The wife divorced before consummation becomes irrevocably divorced and a stranger, with whom communication is not permissible except out of necessity. The verse "and their husbands have more right to take them back" cannot be used to justify taking back an irrevocably divorced woman, as it specifically refers to a revocably divorced woman. If you wish to return to the woman with a new contract and she is willing, her father has no right to prevent her, for Allah Almighty says: "And when you divorce women and they have fulfilled their term, do not prevent them from remarrying their husbands if they agree among themselves in a lawful manner."
