Is committing a sin and proceeding with it something decreed and predestined by Allah, and if so, why does the Creator predestine for some humans to acquire sin and for others to acquire reward, despite them all being humans of the same kind?

It is obligatory to believe that Allah Almighty is the Creator of everything, and that everything that occurs in the universe happens by His will and His foreknowledge, which He wrote fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth. He, glory be to Him, is Just and wrongs no one. In contrast, the servant possesses will and choice, by which he acts and refrains, believes and disbelieves, obeys and disobeys, and for which he is held accountable and recompensed. Allah has not compelled anyone to evil or disbelief; rather, He has shown him the path and sent messengers and books. So, whoever goes astray, he only goes astray to his own detriment. Every human being knows that he performs his actions by his choice and will, without compulsion, and for this, he will be held accountable. What Allah has written and decreed is an unseen matter that the servant does not know, and it is not permissible for him to rely on it, or use it as an excuse, or object to Allah's decree. For Allah Almighty has wronged no one; rather, He has given everyone the opportunity to choose, and whoever chooses the path of error has wronged himself.
