What is the ruling on removing a part of very thick eyebrows, to the extent of disfigurement, given that bleaching is ineffective and makes matters worse? Is this considered namṣ (plucking) that incurs a curse, and what is the permissible limit for removal in this case to achieve an acceptable natural look?

It is permissible to take from the eyebrows if their condition is outwardly and strikingly unnatural and disfiguring, to the extent that makes them no longer disfiguring.
